It’s time to staff the Irish Festival!
This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, but we can’t do it without your help. Here’s the scoop:
What we need
We need volunteers to staff a beer station located near the Celtic Rock stage. This is a fun location with lots of activity.
What you’ll do
It’s pretty simple – you’ll either pour beer from the tap, hand beers to customers, collect tokens (no fumbling with change) or all of the above.
What day and how long
We will only staff the station on Saturday, August 6. There are 4 shifts available:
- 10:10 AM-2:30 PM
- 1:40 PM-5:30 PM
- 4:40 PM-8:30 PM
- 7:40 PM-11:30 PM
Who can volunteer
Practically anyone. Volunteers do have to be 21 or older and atttend a beverage training session (free, offered several times, painless).
Get on it

Once there, follow these steps:
- Click Register Now
- Follow the steps to set up profile
- At the bottom of the profile page enter your group ACCESS CODE. Saint Brigid Athletics access code is SBA1
- Proceed to scheduling page for beverage servers. Please note that it is REQUIRED to sign up for beverage server training before moving onto the next step.
- Select your desired shift(s) and complete your registration.
- Once registration is complete you can print your scheduled itinerary. It will also be emailed to you.
