STEP 1: RESERVE A SEAT. The cost to join the ski and board club and reserve a seat on the chartered bus is $90. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first paid/ first served basis.
STEP 2: COMPLETE ALL FORMS. All three forms (see below) must be COMPLETELY filled out. What is meant by this is that ALL blanks must be completed. This information may seem redundant, but it is necessary because some of the forms stay with St. Brigid of Kildare and some of the forms go to Mad River Mountain.
STEP 3: TURN IN CHECK AND FORMS. All three forms must be completed and turned in with your check made out to St. Brigid of Kildare Ski and Board Club by December 1, 2011.
STEP 4: PURCHASE SKI/BOARD PACKAGE FROM MAD RIVER MOUNTAIN.
- Access the Mad River Mountain website at www.skimadriver.com
- Click on the Master the Mountain (MTM) login at the bottom rigth hand corner of the home page
- ID name is STBRIGID (all caps-new this year)
- Password is STBRIGID as well (all caps-new this year)
- It has been mentioned that the password is giving people trouble. Suzie from MRM is aware. She said that on her end, it is working. Her suggestion was to ignore the alphabet that pops up which is a glitch, but enter the ID and password in all caps as shown. Call Suzie directly if this problem continues and she will walk you through the purhase. (See number below.)
- Also new this year, MRM is offering a discount when signing up through their website using the school ID and password. When purchasing for more than one child or adult, remember to only purchase one pass at a time under “quantity” so that each pass can be assigned by name, but multiple passes can be paid for at once in the end.
- There are numerous packages that are available, all include lessons, which is a great benefit for students and chaperones. Click on link below for special MRM pricing.
- MTM 11-12 School Guide
- It is highly recommended that packages be purchased well in advance of the first event. This will avoid standing in lines. The options include going out to MRM to have picture taken for the pass or scanning in and emailing a current picture to Pass@skimadriver.com. (Must include child’s name and DOB with this option).
- Call MRM if you have any difficulties with the website. The number is 1-800-231-7669. Ask for Suzie Stover at x202 or group sales.
- Other equipment rental opportunities. Aspen Ski and Board
